How to Boil an Egg

It's way past lunchtime and I'm starving, but I'm waiting for my eggs to warm up before I boil them. I just learned that you're not supposed to boil really cold eggs. I've never really boiled many eggs, so I swallowed my pride and googled "how to boil an egg."

With my boiled eggs, I'm going to make a Nicoise salad with fresh green beans and steamed potatoes. I may add some tuna.

I can' take it anymore. Time to make lunch, cold eggs or not.

Bruce Campbell visited Full Circle Bookstore last Friday night. We had 500 people attend, and he rode in my car! Nice guy, especially considering his plane was extremely delayed and the evening was rushed. 

These are the shelves I spent so much time spray painting. When we first put them up, we had all four shelves and I couldn't figure out why I really didn't like how it looked. While toodling around work one day, I had an epiphany: Who said I had to use all four shelves? As soon as I came home I removed one shelf and it all came together. I might still paint the brackets the same color as the wall, but for the time being, I'm happy with the outcome.
